  A horrible, disrespectful experience. Sloppy death certificate contained errors and misspellings, funeral director - and deceased - arrived late to funeral, failed to respond to numerous messages requesting help with correcting paperwork, burial benefits not pursued. Slipshod careless way of doing business.
